These hearing rooms are available for users of arbitrations administered by the Madrid Court of Arbitration and for users of ad-hoc arbitrations and proceedings administered by other institutions.

In arbitrations administered by the Madrid Court of Arbitration, the administrative expenses include the right to use the Concepción Arenal or the Pedro Sáenz de Andino rooms for one day, together with their respective break-out rooms for the parties and the arbitral tribunal. Should it be necessary to use the Concepción Arenal or the Pedro Sáenz de Andino hearing rooms for more than one day, the general hearing room prices will apply, with a 50% discount.
