Model Arbitration Clause
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question relating to its existence, validity, interpretation, performance or termination, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the date of submission of the request for arbitration.

Model mediation clause – Arbitration:
For the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question relating to its existence, validity, interpretation, performance or termination, the parties agree and undertake to submit them to the Madrid Business Mediation Centre of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with its Regulations in force at the date of submission of the request for mediation, by a mediator appointed in accordance with the same.
